I have an 80 SC and it to has the manual antenna on the left side. THere is no room for the power antenna on the left. The factory manual provides the info to cut a hole on the right fender to install a power antenna. When I start to put the fenders back on my car I am considering doing the mod just for the convience of the power antenna.
