Need some guidance...

Sorry if this post should be somewhere else, but I figured I'd start here.

Looking for some guidance/advice on how to price my 911. It’s a 1992 Carrera 2, manual with 126k miles. I bought it has a quick project car, thinking the little things wrong with it would be simple to resolve, but I honestly have no time so it’s just been sitting the last year. Here are the problems:

1) Some water had gotten inside it as its been sitting for a little while. Musty smell, but overall not too bad
2) Dashboard is lit up like a xmas tree (check engine, seatbelt light, airbag, etc.). It had passed inspection a year before I bought it so I don’t think this is a major issue, more likely corrosion on the connectors causing all the lights to come on (I heard this was a problem with this model).
3) Engine runs strong, but idles a bit rough (valve job? Possible just bad gas at this point).
4) Will need a new clutch as it slips a bit in third gear when pushing it (oddly not in 1st/2nd).

That’s it. It runs/drives, but since its been sitting a over a year and the little things are adding up. Also, Carfax indicates it had minor accident damage to the passenger side. You cannot see any damage at all, but you can notice that it was resprayed in the quarter panel as the color match isn’t perfect (but nearly so, you can only notice in very specific lighting conditions) – overall the damage was repaired very well, and one probably wouldn’t even know it had ever been hit (I didn't until I read the Carfax). Clean title.

I know this is just a quick description, but if anyone can give me an approx. price range that I should be looking for I’d appreciate it. If you think I'd be better posting this somewhere else let me know.
