Was this a flood car by any chance...?
8-10,000$ is what I would figure as the value... if you hold out.
I also bought a car several years ago that needed some work... several years later, and thousands of dollars later, the car is coming along... I would never do it again.
Fixing issues on these cars is not for the faint of heart.
You describe engine problems, transmission problems, electrical problems, and bodywork issues... Thats quite a bit to fix...
