Interesting about the optional thicker carpet...I've had cars with silverknit and this seems thicker. I removed the shift shaft cover and took some pictures of the carpet...it's very plush like my daughters teddy bear.
Is this cork?
I'm trying to decide if it's important to keep the carpet thick as delivered or just settle for regular silverknit. It's 70s fantastic like the plaid seats and that's part of the attraction to these early 930s.
