Mine sounds like this at constant motorway speed in fifth:
rrrrrRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRrrrrr
Kind of like an old refrigerator.
My guess is it's the gearbox/differential. Wheel bearing sound wouldn't come from the middle of the rear and furthermore it would not just be noisy at constant motorway speeds.
