would this fry the dme (ecu) in my 3.2

I was looking for an intermittent cut out issue so I had the cover off the DME relay and the ECU looking for solder joint problems or other obvious issues. I plugged the DME and the Relay in with the covers off and was going to start the car. And see if anything looked amiss.

The relay slipped and touched something metal. Big spark!. Now only one of the relays is clicking (before the spark both were moving) and the car wont start. Was starting fine prior.

I have a new relay coming but I wonder if a short like this could fry the DME? All the fuses look OK.

I guess if the new relay wont fix the start I will send the DME out to Steve Wong.
