The relay for that circuit is just to the right of the steering column in early cars, not sure if its in the same spot on later cars.....its attached to the side of the center console just under the dash, on early cars there is a removable black plastic panel that hides it....
It turns on the radio, windows and the UN secure part of the sunroof so you can take it out.....
