Cabriolet to hardtop conversion
This is my first thread and it could leads to some rocks being thrown at me..
So I'm based in Australia and I've been searching for a 964 C2 manual for a while - No luck - there are none available!
There are some well-priced cabriolets around, and the curious one in me got to thinking about modding a cabriolet into a hardtop - given I also want to use the 964 as a base for a backdate ST. In some ways it could be good (theoretically) because the factory stiffening which was done to the Cab's coupled with a 4point roll-bar and strut brace could make a very stiff car to work from.
Anyone seen this - heard of this - done it - avoided it? I'll take advice from all comers.
