This thread is about a very small group of teenagers engaging in felonious assault in extremely isolated cases. I live in a large city with millions of blacks. Not only have I never personally heard of this crime occurring, I've never seen a news article about it happening in my city or elsewhere. And I read news papers online compulsively, everyday of my life. I read about lots of other heinous crimes committed by people of all races against other people of all races everyday. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this "knockout" deal is a pretty isolated crime.

It does appear to be the work of a small number of black teenagers who are horrible people without any sense of right or wrong. Is there anyone here who thinks that this behavior represents any significant slice of the total number of black youth in the U.S.? Seriously??

There are some here who just take a little too much glee in this example of teenaged thugs. WTF this has to do with President Obama, I cannot fathom. Do you think that there were no black thugs before he got elected? Or that Mexicans/whites/Armenians/Russians/whatever do not engage in heinous criminal behavior including violence against innocent victims?

How many here have been sucker-punched, and I mean really dry gulched by a young black person? Raise your hands. My hand is up. It was an attempted robbery when I was driving cab many years ago. I was bent over counting change out and I still see the scar on my brow every time I see my face in a mirror. So why aren't I a scared racist like some of the pansies here who have probably never taken a punch in their life? Why don't I cross the street when I see a group of young blacks?

Because I know how fking rare and odd it is to be the victim of that type of assault. Plus, I'm not a scared racist hiding out on the Internet. Here's an idea: instead of crossing the street, make pleasant eye contact with people and don't get caught staring at your feet if some POS does want to rob or assault you. You might even make them think twice. At least you won't be fearfully staring at your feet and able to be sucker punched.

Lastly, whenever anyone, anywhere talks about "White Power" or white civil rights or how whites are the victims of institutional racism, they themselves are hard-core racists. This has been true all my life and it will never change.
