So, it's a 66 chassis? Use the '70 panel with the CDI for sure. Your tach won't work, probably. Porsche used two or three different tachs with the 3 pin CDIs, which are different than the ones used with the points ignition. Looks like you have the tach sensor on your '70 board. Meaning you have to use a '70 or early '71 tach or you may be able to get by with an adapter.
Some of the items on the '70 panel you won't need. You will definitely need to do some re-wiring. You need to get the wiring diagrams for both the motor and the chassis, and a manual would help as well.
My car has a T motor in an E chassis. I ended up making my own motor's wiring harness from scratch.
