The boys are right, don't mess around, persistent fever like that in an adult means you are doctor sick.
If non productive cough then likely viral and antibiotics like zpac won't do much but I would take it anyway because it could be bacterial by now.
Stay hydrated and take a day off from work, your clients will understand.
