Sorry you feel like crap buddy. All of my home remedies are more on the preventative side. Too late for hand sanitizer and chewable vitamin C. Being in and out of the car all day, every day, regardless of the weather (like you) requires A LOT of preventative measures.
Drink a lot of Gatorade and mega dose on some vitamin C.
I hope if you woke up this morning worse than you felt last night you will take aggressive measures, including a DR visit to feel better. You can take an hour or so to get some meds and then go back to work.
