Didn't, slipped forward and I tossed it in the back. Some have two round holes in the rear to hook to some kind of floor anchor, others I've seen have straps on the bottom. Mine had some kind of big pins, like stick pins, but it stays in the back until I can secure it. I had the seat out doing something, so I may have messed something up.

BTW floor mats can really clean up with the right treatment, like a pressure washer in the driveway. Depends of course on the mat and materials.
