There's fuel and brake lines running between the engine and gas tank area. These have been discussed a lot on this forum.

I want to know how feasible replacement of just one of these lines at a time would be.

At first glance, it appears that they all need to be done at once. However, some picking around suggests the lines can flex enough to get one line out of the rubber mounts, or even to replace the mounts.
