Also, what is your suspension setup? And are you running much camber?

I have a set that I've been trying to sell, but the only 944 guys I can find that want them are late-offset guys. If I can help them figure out the right formula to make it work, then I might have a deal.

The details are:

235/40 ZR 18 X 8 50et front
295/30 ZR 18 X 11 45et back
Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's

I am running factory suspension with factory settings. Almost no camber. Too much camber and they rub on the inside fender(at least they did on my 86 951)

The right formula is just REALLY aggressive fender rolling/stretching. I could see my fender flexing out when I was doing the rolling.
One bad thing about it was, I ended up cracking the paint all along the edge. I might have had better luck if I had heated the paint more. I didn't heat it much, I just did the rolling in the Phoenix summer heat. 115 F.

Another thing to consider is possibly taking just a little off the inside of the mounting surface. You don't want to take off enough to weaken the wheel or mounting holes but you might be able to take a little off.
