Wide fire has a wider fire ring meant to be used with an o-ringed head or block. Most will say not worthwhile to run without.

Cometic is a multi-layered steel gasket. Much more durable than the factory and wide fire gasket. The only issue with these is they can give some trouble with sealing correctly (external coolant leaks being the biggest issue). Sealing surface prep is critical. Personally i would not advise this unless the head at a minimum has been decked. Block and head would be better.

Full copper is even more durable than Cometic.

Something to consider, its less than ideal but a headgasket can be looked at like a fuse for poor tuning, running issues and over boosting. Both a stock and widefire gasket will likely blow before causing any damage to the block. A Cometic will take a beating and may eventually blow.. a full copper gasket will likely destroy the block (cracked cylinder) before it blows.
