Sorry if this has been covered before, but I’ve searched extensively with no luck. So here goes:
My 2003 996 C4S has the M537 Option, “Seating position control for comfort, left seat,” and I’m having difficulty with the last of the electrical connectors going to that package under the driver’s seat.
Here’s a couple of shots of underneath there with the bright green arrow pointing to the connector that's giving me problems-
In this next shot the green arrow points to a black, plastic clip which straddles the white connector-
And these next two shots with that clip raised up shows how I was able to move it to the apparent “release” position. However, that’s as far as I’ve gotten, as the white electrical connector isn’t hinting as to the next step needed to free it, and I don’t want to use force and risk breaking it. And insightful suggestions will be appreciated.
