Not sure about your state, but here in Florida when you get your new registration sticker there are explicit instructions to apply the sticker in the upper right hand corner, on top of an existing sticker (if there is one). I just recently started snapping pictures (always while at rest

) of all the various techniques people use to NOT apply their stickers in the correct location. I see literally dozens of them every day. I rank this at about a 4 on the idiot scale.
My feeling is that if you cannot read directions and apply a sticker properly, your driving skills are already suspect. 9 times out of 10 they prove me correct.
At least the kid is an honor student, because at least one of the parents appears to be an idiot.
