So I checked... not only are there holes in behind the center piece, but it is infact a light, and wired. Not going to bother with removing it now.
As for the passenger window. Neither switch will work, for the passenger side window. Does this mean both switches for the passenger window are bad? I will have to investigate when I have more time.
