Depends on your wheels, how low the car sits, how much camber you run, etc.

First, to even consider this you need 7" & 8" wheels, not the more typical 6" & 7".

If you have 16x8 for the rear, the 245/45 is pretty straightforward.

But the 225/50 on the front will be tight at best. You may need to adjust the ride height, dial in more negative camber, roll the fenders, or a combination of these.
