Before I took apart my transmission, I had a look at the threads in the transaxle flanges. They were all a little torn up so that I couldn't screw in a CV bolt. I chased one with a thread chaser to clear out the bits and clean up the threads. The threads look clean and they grip, but I'm paranoid that the bolt I inserted has too much play. I have moon plates and serrated washers. I realize it's the tension of everything assembled that holds things together, but I don't remember how much play there was before the threads were damaged. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or should I proceed with the others?
here is a 4-second video that shows the play.
