A friend of mine and his wife were over last night. He is a retired USMC Colonel and we worked together on a few projects when we were active duty.
We got on the subject of our sons...his is an Army Captain mine is at VMI on an ROTC scholarship and will be a 2nd LT in two years. We talked, and laughed, about our separate journey's in the military and about leadership.
He said that the best overview on leadership he has seen is a video series by Arther J. Athens, a retired USMC Col..
I am taking a day off today so I watched the series this morning...easy to do since I have a lot of farm work staring me in the grill.
