Toyota can't be feeling warm and fuzzy right now...
With about 1/3 of a second difference between pole position and 2nd on grid(with Toyota completing 37 Laps to Porsche's 15), credit due to Toyota being on pole, but with so many red/yellow flags, we didn't get to see the real fireworks at the end of the last qualifying session.
It would appear the last 'balance of performance' setting(70lbs of ballast and intake restriction) has aptly hamstrung the 991 RSR's. They may finish podium, but the race will have to come to them to win.
I can see how Viper is not at Le Mans this year, considering an 8.0L engine is about 2.5L larger than current rules allow...did GM get some sort of waiver for the C-7, as I don't believe they are running a V-8 of 5.5L or below.
