Coming from camshaft or from camshaft housing where it sits on the head? If it is coming from the camshaft seals, it is either coming out the back or the front. If out the front, you'll see it dripping out the timing belt housing at the bottom. The camshaft housing has a big gasket between it and the head. It is not that difficult to replaceif that is where it is leaking.
