Post Wheel offset problem

Ok so i've had a problem with one of my front tires rubbing the fender since i put my snowtires on. But i always figured it was an alignment issue that i would take care of when it got warm.

Well i was looking and i noticed that the tire that was rubbing was mounted on a rim that was noticable thicker at the hub then the other three rims.

Basically it comes down to this. I have 3 rims that are:

7Jx15ET52.3 These fit fine with no rubbing.
and one rim that is:
7Jx15ET23.3 this rim is almost twice as thick at the hub. sticking out about a half an inch farther than the other rims.

Well i moved it to the back thinking that might help but it looks like its still gonna rub.

So i was just wondering what offsets everone else is running..

I have a 87 944 NA with phone dials.

Oh and if anyone has a 7Jx15ET52.3 Phone dial rim they wouldnt mind parting with or swaping let me know.
