So what does it take for a bunch of like-minded folks and their cars to get together? Some email, phone calls, a post on a forum like this one. Does one require a "name" associated with it to do so? nope. Permission from der Gruppemeister. Don't think so. Go ahead and have fun, but not officially.
I don't recall the RGruppe having any meetings or official ceremonies .... other than the new member initiation ritual.
