I've owned several boats over the past 25 years or so with the last one being a 13 ' Boston Whaler that I refurbished. Sold the Whaler and took a break for a while. About two months ago I started to get the itch for another one. Decided for me and the wife/grandchildren a center console was the way to go. Started searching the local Craigslist ads and there were quite a few to choose from. Looked at several and decided to go with this one. From what I can tell from the net Hydra Sports was a middle of the road quality boat from OMC one of many boat brands they sold. This one the hull is damn near perfect I only found two nicks in the hull about the diameter of a pencil or smaller. Jumped up and down on the entire interior no soft spots. Wiggled the outboard up/down the transom is solid as a rock. Nice clean Yamaha outboard and a trailer in perfect shape. Best of all I talked the seller down to a final price of $2600.00 ! I think I stole this one The only thing it needs is the seats are shot they are cracked/weathered but I'll get them redone in the fall for now just going to clean her up and use it.
