i try to eat meat once a week. i'm finding i feel better, and all my system simply function better..(i'll spare you the details) pretty FUN and challenging trying to cook veggie dishes well enough not to miss meat.
i've also been trying to learn how to dress pasta lightly (i found italians lightly dress, so the pasta shines)..so i been blending the two.
tonight, i hit the farmers market. asparagus, peas, some onion..and whole wheat pasta..viola!!
it was awesome!! i broke my stick blender on this dish.
