If anyone who watches the video can't see that TS HIT THE THROTTLE, and caused his rear end to come out towards Ward, then I can't help you. I saw it, I heard it, it's a fact. All he needed to do is get off the throttle and turn left, like everybody else did. His location on the track, and his conscious decision to hit the throttle makes him guilty in my view.
