Looks like what I call normal. I get this action whenever I bleed the breaks. If I keep the fluid level in the reservoir up, the squirt is not enough to break the surface. I use the pump or suck out the old fluid, fill and zip tie the lever over night method, so I don't actually spend much effort on the "bleeding"
