for my car to be serviced and suspension work done i was looking for an easy project to keep me busy.
found a fellow pelican that was looking to sell a fuch quick style but he was 500 miles away so i called my buddy for a favor and pick up the fuch within a couple of hours.
if i could have the fuch picked up by 5pm that same day he would sell it to me for 25.00 (twenty five) dollars.
my good buddy henry got there by 4pm and paid the 25.00.
i gotta admit the fuch looked pretty rough, BUT i am going to use it as a spare and for looks only.
this is what it looked like.....
so i went and had it media blasted
then i had it polished and taped it up
NOW........
Next is the Tire mounted and its all set as the spare rim and tire.....
fun little project.
NOPE... its not perfect at all... but its a spare and it kept me busy for a weekend.
not bad for a 25.00 rim!
now i just need my car back from the shop!
