I'm split between trying the carpet map pocket install and fitting them behind the static front door pocket... The problem is I don't think the second option looks good at all ,also I work as an audio engineer and know that the reflection of audio waves will ruin the speaker drivers pretty quick. Also the sound quality can't be great. I agree under-dash is a fix but looks awful and I know of people saying they're cover drops down with the weight of the speakers. I also agree about not putting speakers where there weren't any in the first place but I need a good sound in this car as I'm installing an amp and Aux(ipod) jack. Its a real dilemma
