I purchased my R1100S and she was better than described. I then purchased my R1200S and it had a few problems that where actually caused by not using the bike for a long time. It had around 1300 miles on it but was basically ok. When ever I buy stuff and have to contract transportation I make sure the guy that picks up the car or bike gives it a good all around inspection and that it starts up with no funky noises.
