I don't want to go into all of the facts and circumstances but I will say I ordered something with a long lead time and didn't get it. Because it was outside their warranty period PayPal would not reverse the charges even though they knew I didn't get the product.

I only use them when I have to and then I try to use a credit card (they keep the option well hidden but it's on there). I haven't had a dispute yet when I use a credit card so I don't know whether they have hooks in there about that or not.
