I posted about this a few months ago about mysterious black dust on my 80SC. I really don't notice it until I touch it with my finger or rub against it. It can get my work pants dirty in a hurry. I was wondering what it was? Is it a sign that my car is running rich and soot is coming out of the tail pipe? I just use a Calofornia duster everyday before I take her out and that takes care of the black dust.
