FYI, my '73 T-V is a RoW car, and I was able to obtain the CoA from PCNA. The previous owner believes the car may have been originally delivered in Germany. If that is the case, does anyone know how to obtain a vehicle registration history from Germany?
I did request the registration history from Texas, but the only record in the report is mine. I know the car has been in TX for at least 10-15 years, but apparently the previous title transfer must be older than the records that they have available.
