It is possible and done a couple of times. But don't do it.
1: Your car is a low mileage 964 and worth a lot if you leave it stock as it is.
2: 993 6 SPD Transmission, Pedal Cluster, Cluthc, Flywheel , hydraulic llines and.... are needed to do the swap. The 993 6spd runs somewhere between $4500 and $6000 if you find a good one.
I think the parts your need will be around $8-10.000 + labour.
If you really want a 6 SPD tranny insetad of the tip than sell your car and buy a 993. I even think you can get a 993 with a bit higher mileage than yours for the same money you would get for your 964.
