Thanks it is possible the last owner mocked this up himself, there was some wire tied around acting as a clamp, it didn't look nice. I tried using a fuel line specific clamp but it wasn't holding.
Len is helping me, I appreciate it. I figured I would ask since I was actually taking off the line for him and found this. I was hoping I could fix it myself with a new $3 barb at the local store. I was reading a proper sized barb and line wouldn't need any clamp.
