Here , the water company is the Gestapo. They can and will put a lien on the property untill it is paid. That is the one that always stings us.
The others go with the tenants.
Why should the landlord have to pay for tenants refusal to pay? I did not use the gas, or electric, they are only renting the structure from me .
If they want to get tough, pull up their damn pants,and shut the utilities off when they become 10 days late, instead of trying to make someone else pay for them . Hell in a bucket I tell ya.
