When I bought one of Brian's WUR's, it was sans the rpm/solenoid gizzmo. I happened to have a suitable 12V solenoid, and simply purchased (from MSD, I think it was) an rpm/switch/chinga thingy - the kind that you plug in various "pills" to select the rpm you want it to activate at. It's just a simple rpm activated switch is all. Sorry I can't be more descriptive, but try Google. Just hooked it in line with the boost feed line to the WUR and selected the rpm pill I wanted and SHAZAM.....done deal. Brian is saving you the effort of piecing together the individual components, but there really isn't any magic involved. DIY, that's my middle name.
