Well I bought them used from a guy on here or in the classified section. They are made in Germany I believe. But if I recall he had stated something about a long delivery time. But he had to order direct from oversea's whereas now this oppracing has them, but I'm sure they are just having to order them from the manufacturer. The problem is more than likely they will have to make them due to the age of the R1100S. But they are beautiful and that beauty certainly enhances the riding experience visually. Not to mention they are adjustable 3 ways from Sunday. Plus if you happen to have the gold ohlins adjuster knob it matches perfectly. I'd like to find some bar ends that color gold, but all the ones I've seen are way off. Because of the clip ons you need to go a different type of bar end. Bascially the ones from most all Aprilia's will work.
FYI, the 60MM will work with the factory throttle cable, but the 70 & 80's require the throttle cable upgrade. The best part though as I just found out, if you wreck and just break one piece, you can order just that one piece.
