I've got one - I think it a great car.
Minimal electronics (that is, cable throttle instead of drive by wire , etc) Makes it easy to work on. I've had mine 3 years and all it's wanted is oil, filters and tires. 2.5 is a great engine - no bad habits...just remember that when you go on one of the Porsche Club outings, you'll be near the end of the line, after being passed by the "big block" cars
No worries - you'll still have fun and will be welcomed as a Porsche owner!!
