WUR resistance is good.
System pressure is on the low end of normal. (4.5 - 5.2 bar)
Cold control pressure at 29° C should be between 2.6 - 3.0 bar per the Bentley.
Warm control pressure is on the high end of normal (3.4 - 3.8 bar).
Warm up time is fine.
Residual pressure is fine.
Can you describe the warm start problem?
