Garage
Born in '75. Me and my 'new' 911s.

Hello all, new member and first time 911 owner.

I've been obsessing over 911s for years and now I'm a proud owner of a 1975 911s. The same year I was born. Sure it's a middie, but I see a lot of very proud owners and fantastic looking midyears so I'm absolutely thrilled to have found a very nice garage kept AZ 911s.

I heard I'm the 3rd owner, but the paperwork trail is less than stellar.

I'm excited to really dive in and have some fun getting it back on the road. My dad built Porsche "speedsters" in AZ in the 70's that use the VW 4's and many many cars (mostly street rods) since. So I'm hoping we can make it a father son and grandson (my kid) project.

Been garaged for 10 years so obviously needs some love but overall a great find IMHO. In AZ since 97 and shows only minor rust spot near the passenger pillar.

First up is fuel system. owner parked it when it had a fuel air leak.

Then brakes and some new shoes and I think she's a driver.

Also I think I might do this to the cookie cutters...

Then down the line opt for some fuchs.

I thought these all had a chrome drivers mirror. Is this an aftermarket side mirror?
