'68 901/03 Engine Aluminum Case - Can Counter Balanced Crank be retro-fitted?

I have a very early 911T Engine. 2180031 . I assume this is an Aluminum Case.

This came in the '66 911 I purchased many years ago. The original Solex Engines for the '66 911 are now out of my price range.

Are all of the early Aluminum cases out of the same casting? 901/01 = 901/02 = 901/03?

Would it possible to retrofit the 901/03 Engine Case to accept a 66mm Counterbalanced Crank, and new pistons and cylinders to convert it to the 130 HP version?

Just wanting to get the full bang for the buck out of my '66 911?

Thanks.
