Ronnie's.930: Thanks for the info, very helpful. My dims are 114.5mm and 83mm, so the engine is 6.5 mm, 0.25") high and 1mm fwd.

Onboost: I'm fairly confident that the engine carrier is assembled correctly. If I used longer bolts, I'd add a 1/4"spacer though I'm still hesitant to do this. The intercooler is a 964 style. The standard deck lid was properly shimmed. It hits the fan housing not the strap.

35611930: The engine carrier is mounted under the engine mounts (I hope it never ends up on top of the mounts.......). It is mounted with the small flange on the top and facing rear ward.
