It's the same thing as every Mercedes since at least the 1970s.

The fact it's not 'merikun standard is a good thing.

Off is straight up.

Selections to the left are sidelights

Selections to the right are park lights and headlights.

First pull out is front foglights

Second notch out is front foglights plus rear foglight (singular).

Foglights don't happen without switch rotated to one of the right positions. (very sensible)
