For next time suggest you get and use flare nut wrenches. They look like 6 point boxed end wrenches, with a slot cut so the wrench circle is open and can slide past a brake-line (looks "C" shaped). Even now, if there are enough corners still left on the nut, a flare nut wrench and rocking gently to get the nipple loose may do the trick -- with PB blaster or your preference of nut loosening solvent.
