We supply them with composite parts and I manage their projects. I would say this has been the next-to-best dream job. Unfortunately I'll be leaving my company soon, but then I'm moving to Germany to join a WRC team, so in a way it's getting close to that Porsche dream!
With regards to where they're hiring, I know it's a tongue in cheek question but for me while I was living in Vancouver, it was nothing more than a dream to work at PM. So I really didn't expect that within 2 years of moving to Europe, I could say that I contributed to their Le Mans effort. It really is a simple case of you have to go where the job is, and that's partly why we're again moving to a new country (of course the new job will be great fun and I'm really looking forward to it). Did I mention I have a very understanding and supportive wife?
