Take a good look around Melbourne! There is a lot to like there.We prefer the ocean side to the Gulf side. Have a small place in Cocoa Beach(just north of Melbourne). Vacant building lots are usually not a good investment , so don't let that pull you to an area that might not be what you want.Yep it's hot in the summer,that's why we have pools&AC.Maybe I'll run in to you in Sebring!
